Private TrainingPrivate training will be tailored to suit each individuals needs and goals. This will consist of a variety of assessments, mobility and balance training, resistance training, nutrition assessments, stress and sleep evaluations. I also try to include some fun and unique activities that will give you variety in your training sessions!

Semi-Private TrainingSemi-private training will be for 2 to 3 people that would like to train together and provides an opportunity to build an active community while saving a little cash! Though this will not be as custom tailored as private training, it will still cover all the services/topics listed in private training with enough detail for you to see significant results.

Health & Nutrition CoachingThese sessions will be a way to dig a little deeper into other specific areas in your daily life that will help you reach your goals. Nutrition and movement are important but there are also a whole host of other factors that can impact your success. I will complete some individual assessments and discuss dietary needs, sleep, stress reduction, etc.
